Refund & Returns Policy

At Select Europe UK Ltd, we aim to ensure our customers receive high-quality products and reliable service. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, please review our refund and return terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You receive damaged or defective goods

  • You receive incorrect items not matching your confirmed order

  • The goods are unsuitable due to a verified error on our part

All return requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, refrigerated products, opened packaging)

  • Goods that have been used, opened, or tampered with

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Items returned without prior authorisation

We reserve the right to refuse any return not compliant with these terms.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your business name and contact info

  • Invoice or order number

  • Description of the issue and any supporting photos (if applicable)

  • Whether you are requesting a refund, replacement, or credit

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, where applicable

  • Returns must be sent to the address we provide, with a clear reference to the original order

  • You are responsible for the safe return of the goods unless otherwise agreed

If the return is accepted, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement or exchange of the product

  • Full or partial refund

  • Store credit for future purchases

5. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as credit note

  • Processing may take up to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Damaged or Missing Goods

If your delivery is damaged or items are missing:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and damaged products

  • Retain the packaging in case of courier inspection

We will investigate and offer a resolution accordingly.
