Shipping Policy

At Select Europe UK Ltd, we take pride in ensuring safe, timely, and professional delivery of all customer orders. Please review the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to business and wholesale customers across:

  • United Kingdom (mainland and selected islands)

  • European Union (subject to customs clearance and import documentation)

  • Additional destinations may be available upon request. Please contact us to confirm eligibility.

2. Delivery Methods

We work with trusted logistics partners and freight carriers, depending on the destination, order size, and product type.

Typical delivery methods include:

  • Pallet freight (for bulk or chilled goods)

  • Courier delivery (smaller parcels)

  • Temperature-controlled transport (where required)

3. Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation, subject to stock availability.

Urgent orders or fixed delivery windows (e.g., for foodservice customers) should be requested in advance and confirmed in writing.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:

These are estimated only and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, courier backlogs, or force majeure events may occur.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Special handling or temperature requirements

Shipping costs will be clearly stated in your quotation or invoice.

6. Delivery Terms and Risk

  • All deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout or on the purchase order.

  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.

7. Missed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or no one is available to receive it:

  • A redelivery charge may apply

  • Perishable goods may be forfeited without refund

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order

8. Damaged or Missing Goods

If you receive a damaged shipment or notice missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

9. Customs and Import Duties (EU and International)

For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for:

  • Any import duties, VAT, or clearance charges

Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.
